Q2 Kick-off

After working for ~7 months at Leadr, the remote workers were flown to Dallas HQ for our quarterly kick-off. During the kick-off, I was chosen for the Q1 Highlight Award. I was completely surprised but it's something I remember really fondly. It boosted my confidence as a designer a lot!
