Overview
During my 3 years working at Leadr, I had the opportunity to design entire new features from start to finish and redesign existing features. Select works can be found below. Whenever possible, I created and ran usability tests using Useberry to create the best possible design experience.
Along with that, I expanded upon our design library to keep designs consistent across the many files we had, updated our email template designs, created new meeting inputs, re-imagined a future meetings experience complete with a UI refresh, and contributed to designing a new AI chat feature.
After 7 months of working at Leadr, I got the Q1 Highlight Award.

One of the 5 foundations at Leadr was that it's important to create Personalized Development Plans.

Reviews + Reflections
Redesigned existing Reviews module to make it easier for admins to create and reviewees to fill out.
Additionally, redesigned "Reflections" a way to track progress across the Leadr app to add into your review.

Attachments
Created full flows for adding attachments to different meeting topics.
