During my 3 years working at Leadr, I had the opportunity to design entire new features from start to finish and redesign existing features. Select works can be found below. Whenever possible, I created and ran usability tests using Useberry to create the best possible design experience.

After 7 months of working at Leadr, I got the Q1 Highlight Award.

Insights

Leadership within organizations sought a way to measure the impact of their employee development efforts. They also needed a method to uncover leadership gaps that weren’t immediately evident in 1-on-1 team meetings.

To address this, we developed Insights, a tool to track employee engagement through rotating questions (based on Gallup’s research) and an eNPS score. The tool not only provided data but also prompted actionable steps for leadership to improve engagement.​

Design System

I maintained design documentation to ensure consistency during a major UI refresh. I standardized key components, improved old files with reusable elements, and collaborated with engineering to integrate designs into our product.

AI Chatbot in Meetings

Helped design Leadr's first AI chatbot feature. Purpose was to take into account The Table Group's Working Genius and
​provide insights on how to best run the meeting.

Personal Development Plans

One of the 5 foundations at Leadr was that it's important to create Personalized Development Plans.

I designed entire flows for this project and integrated other features in our app in it.

Reviews + Reflections

Redesigned existing Reviews module to make it easier for admins to create and reviewees to fill out.
